Using AeroMobile is as simple as turning on your phone. There is no registration or set up process.
Providing the Airline has launched the AeroMobile service and your domestic operator has a roaming agreement with AeroMobile, you can use your phone in-flight just as you do on the ground.
The service is active whilst the aircraft is in the ‘cruise’ phase of the flight (when the aircraft is over 6000m). Listen out for cabin announcements confirming when this is. When you turn on your phone you will see AeroMobile as the Network Operator confirming that you’re are connected.
Charges for calls, texts and data are set by your domestic operator as roaming rates.
