Passenger Experiences

All phones must be switched off for take-off and landing but airlines flying with the AeroMobile network onboard may offer the service to passengers shortly after take-off and throughout the cruise phase of the flight.

Passengers wishing to stay connected simply switch on their mobile device and roam onto the AeroMobile network to make & receive calls, texts, emails and browse just as they would on the ground.

AeroMobile also offers airlines the opportunity to send automated safety/welcome and goodbye SMS messages. They can be used to influence passenger behaviour like ensuring phones are set to vibrate or silent mode, and inform when phones must be switched off.

Partnering with airlines to connect passengers in-flight.
